A contemporary landmark for SNIM, the headquarters introduces a new model of sustainable urbanism in Nouadhibou. Its climate-responsive architecture, biophilic spaces, and civic presence establish a forward-looking identity for both the company and the city.

ARABIAN OUD HQ
U-shape typology creates two blocks at site edges for urban alignment. The central setback forms a protected urban plaza. Offices on first floor edges ensure HQ privacy. Retail at ground level connects to the plaza. Restaurants enjoy terraces and city views. The twisted double-skin facade is inspired by the Arabian Oud logo. The building became the brand image itself.

Bank Al Bilad H.Q
It was a big challenge to create office space for a bank in an existing building. To accommodate the required employees number, a detailed survey and interviews with different departments were conducted to prepare space planning while offering a pleasant work environment for employees, smooth transitions between the departments and rooting the culture and vision of the bank towards employees and customers.

Minister of Culture
Conceived as a contemporary expression of cultural identity, the Ministry of Culture and Information weaves architecture, light, and tradition into a unified composition. A refined interplay of transparent volumes and patterned screens creates a timeless civic landmark that celebrates openness, creativity, and the evolving narrative of culture.

SEC H.Q
Four buildings emerging from a central podium, each building have office space for SEC company (Transport, Production, Facilities and Management). The towers are 45 degree oriented to achieve privacy from neighborhood. Each tower has a central courtyard with amenities and recreation. The facade is a double skin louvers to save energy and the roof is housing solar panels. The podium is the lieu of reception , exhibition, congress and conference. The overall, is designed with symmetry and linearity to enhance the official character of the project.
